Who is Salva? Pt. 3
Some of the first electronic tracks I started purchasing to were off an album called Jars by Salva. I loved the album cause some tracks had a really out-of-this-world sound, but such high potential for people to freak out on the dance floor. Recently, he released an album called Complex Housing - well I really don’t have much to say about it other than it is completely amazing and mind-blowing and jaw-dropping and face-melting. Get your hands on a copy of the record if you can still find it. It is going to be an amazing honor to deejay with this guy at SUBversive SD on July 23rd in San Diego.

Who is Low Limit? Pt. 3
Back in 2000 something when I was still living in San Diego, indaskyes introduced me to one one of my favorite duos of all time. Low Limit + Lando Kal put together the Blap to the Future Megamix probably a perfect blend of the type of electronic music & rap that I try to purvey in my own dj sets. That’s the reason I’m sooo excited that the SUBversive crew is bringing Low Limit to San Diego for SUBversive SD on July 23, an event that no San Diego bass enthusiast should miss!

1/2 of the Bay Area’s very own Lazer Sword. I can’t really explain their sound, the link to the Blap to the Future Megamix and the Sweatpants Money Mixtape should give you a good idea. Future bass + hip hop insanity.
